HOF is a brand new Reformer Pilates Studio situated in the beautiful Seaspray Centre. Open 24/7, we have created a space for mindful movement on your terms.
Once we have opened, you can download our app for access to book a 60 minute class, whenever suits your schedule. Each reformer bed has it’s own private screen, each screen has a curated library of over 900 personalised reformer class videos, ranging from beginner to advanced. Each video has an instructor leading the way!
While we are currently ‘On-demand’ only, keep your eyes peeled for upcoming instructor lead classes!
